How do I book my flight?

How long do the flights last?
At FlyUp, our flights last an estimated 15 to 60 minutes. Because we follow a set route (rather than an exact time) and depend on weather conditions, the duration may vary slightly either way.
Can I share the flight with a group, or is it private?
Our aircraft carry 3 to 4 people per flight, depending on the model (Robinson R44 up to 3 and Bell Jet Ranger up to 4). For a larger group, you can book more than one flight so everyone enjoys it together.
On a private flight, every seat is exclusively for you and your group, ensuring full privacy. On a shared flight, seats may be split with other passengers, making the experience more affordable. Both options follow the same safety and quality standards.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card (with the option to pay in installments), debit card and PIX. Choose whatever works best for you and book your flight with confidence and convenience.
Can I cancel or reschedule my flight?
Yes! We offer free cancellation with a full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made after that window are non-refundable. Rescheduling must also be requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.
Do flights operate in any weather?
Safety is our priority. In cases of strong winds, heavy rain or thick fog, the flight may be cancelled or rescheduled. In those situations, you can choose to reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Is the doors-off (Doors Off) flight safe?
Yes. Doors Off follows the same safety protocol, with harnesses and specific guidance — only with a sense of freedom and a fully open view for photos.
Is there a weight limit per seat?
Yes, the limit is 130 kg per seat. This may be adjusted according to the total weight of the passengers and other factors that affect the balance and safety of the flight, in line with the aircraft’s operating rules.
Is there an age restriction for the flights?
Under ANAC regulation (RBAC No. 136), panoramic flights have no minimum age in the rule itself, but the general legislation for minors applies:
Children up to 2 years old must travel on a lap or in their own seat with an approved restraint system.
Minors under 16 are not allowed to fly alone; they may only board accompanied by an adult guardian.
Between 16 and 18, they must travel next to a parent or guardian, with a seat reserved beside the adult.
What are the safety requirements for the flights?
Before boarding, passengers receive clear instructions on using the seatbelt and the correct way to board and disembark. A photo ID is required. During the flight, it is mandatory to follow the pilot’s instructions and stay seated, with the seatbelt fastened, until the end of the route. These measures ensure a safe, smooth experience for everyone on board.
Are the pilots ANAC-certified?
Yes. All our pilots hold ANAC certification and have extensive experience in scenic flights over Rio de Janeiro.
