About these terms
This website presents FlyUp’s panoramic helicopter flights [company name / tax ID to be completed]. Boarding is at the Fly Up helipad (Av. das Américas, 13.750, Recreio dos Bandeirantes, Rio de Janeiro). The air operation is carried out by a duly authorized air-taxi operator, a FlyUp partner. By requesting a booking, you agree to these terms.
Bookings and payment
Bookings are handled directly on WhatsApp or by phone; no payment is processed on this website. Prices are in Brazilian reais (R$), per private flight for your group. We accept credit card (with the option to pay in installments), debit card and PIX — conditions are arranged at confirmation. Prices and routes are informational and may be adjusted according to availability, operational and weather conditions.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule via WhatsApp. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are fully refunded; after that, the booking is subject to rescheduling based on availability. In case of a no-show or a delay beyond the stated tolerance, the booking is forfeited.
Weather and safety
Safety always comes first. If weather or safety conditions do not allow flying, you choose: we reschedule for another date at no extra cost, or we fully refund the amount paid. For safety reasons, the operator and pilot may at any time cancel, postpone, shorten or change the route and duration of the flight.
Boarding, ID and weight
Arrive with the lead time stated in your confirmation and bring a photo ID. The limit is 130 kg per seat and, for correct aircraft balancing, inform passenger weights and the presence of children in advance. For safety, the pilot may refuse boarding to anyone not fit to fly.
Children, minors and conduct on board
Under ANAC regulation (RBAC No. 136), children up to 2 years old travel on a lap or in their own seat with an approved restraint system; minors under 16 may not fly unaccompanied; and passengers aged 16 to 18 must travel next to a guardian. On board, always follow the pilot’s instructions; smoking and carrying dangerous items are prohibited. On doors-off flights, strictly follow the safety briefing.
Route and duration
Flights last approximately 15 to 60 minutes and are conducted by ANAC-certified pilots. Routes and durations are approximate and may vary due to air traffic control and weather and safety conditions, without changing the nature of the contracted service.
Liability
The air operation is the responsibility of the authorized air-taxi operator; FlyUp acts in the promotion and intermediation of the booking. We are not responsible for transport costs or personal expenses in case of cancellation due to weather or safety — in such cases, the amount paid is refundable as described under “Weather and safety”.
Use of image
During the experience, images and videos may be captured and possibly used in FlyUp’s communications, unless the passenger states otherwise.
Intellectual property
The brand, logo, texts and images on this website belong to FlyUp and may not be reproduced without authorization.
Privacy, changes and jurisdiction
The processing of personal data follows our Privacy Policy. These terms may be updated at any time. Brazilian law applies, including the Consumer Protection Code, and the courts of Rio de Janeiro are elected to settle any disputes.
